French panes have a grid that creates many small individual panes from one window. each needs hand-wiping, which adds time.
Do you have storm windows? (separate insulating panels that sit over your primary windows)
Storm windows are extra insulating panels installed over your primary windows. Cleaning them means removing, cleaning all four glass surfaces, and reinstalling.
Hard water stains or hazing on your windows?
White mineral deposits or a cloudy film on the glass. A small number of affected windows adds a minor surcharge. Widespread hard water staining requires an in-person assessment before we can price it accurately.
Do you have solar screens (also called sun screens or shade screens)?
These are dark, tightly-woven mesh panels. usually charcoal or black. that cover your entire window from the outside to block UV and heat. They look much darker than a regular bug screen and typically stay on year-round. If your windows look slightly tinted or shaded from outside, you likely have them. They need to be carefully removed, cleaned, and reinstalled during the visit.

We send a confirmation the evening before your appointment and a text when we are on our way, so there is no waiting around all day. We arrive on time, do the work, and let you know when we are done.
Exterior-only removes the weathering, oxidation, pollen, and mineral deposits that build up on the outside of your glass. It is what restores curb appeal and handles the majority of visible grime. Interior and exterior adds the inside surface. removing fingerprints, smudges, condensation buildup, and any haze that has formed on the inner glass.
